Cancellation and Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to returns@allegrahicks.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund to the value of the cost of the goods returned or an exchange credit as required. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

4. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Allegra Hicks Ltd and can only be refunded as credit note valid for 12 months.

5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
a) in the event that the product has been used. We strongly advise customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
b) any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
c) any merchandise on Sale.
d) all swimwear.
e) all lingerie.

6. We will accept the return of faulty items strictly at our discretion and only if they are not caused by misuse.

The provisions of the clauses 5. and 6. do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Receiving a refund: Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card inlcuding sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipment charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

9. If returning goods from the USA please send the goods to our NY office 1007 Madison Avenue, New York, NY10075 Tel: +1 212 249 4241. Failure to return goods to the correct address could result in you being charged import duties.
