I was totally in awe of the Rory McEwen exhibition at Kew Gardens. The Scottish artist and musician was known for his hyper-realistic botanical paintings and the exhibition also includes etchings and sketch books. It is so, so beautiful.
Michelangelo Pistoletto at the Louvre in Paris is also the most wonderful exhibition. It is beautifully curated and so inspiring to see all the Louvres masterpieces juxtaposed with Pistoletto’s installations.
I spotted a heart on the concrete of Battersea Bridge. I realised when I got close that it was a piece of gum that had left this heart-shaped imprint. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all the chewing gum on the streets of London was heart shaped!
